Hehe, yes that is a real, live snake.

I let my bullsnake (24") play in a toilet paper roll..but he got stuck. He's a little porker and I guess he coiled up so tightly that he couldn't get out, haha. Was humourous watching him try and drag his little paper roll around with just his head and neck. I finally felt bad and tore him out.

Anyway, very cute shot. Is this a white/albino cornsnake?

Ratsnakes are especially good at squeezing itself in amazingly tight spaces. And they'll do it often, because it makes them feel secure.

I love bulls and gophers. Their face has a very pensive (sometimes angry?) facial expression which looks very awesome.

This snake is a Texas Ratsnake. He is leucistic (no pigmentation), which is why his eyes are not red like an albino.

My little bull looks like he doesn't have a clue of what's going on half the time, not really that agressive look they tend to have. He's actually very docile (not just for the specie, but seeing as he was brought in from the wild) and loves to be handled. He has an odd attraction toward eyeballs, too..so you tend to get either a tongue or a nose poking you when you're not paying attention to him, lol.

I love light-coloured snakes. I'm not sure why I'm so attracted to them, but they're to die for. A friend of mine had an albino Burmese python and I was madly in love with her.
